Daredevils jump from mountain top, land in plane mid-air

Wingsuit flyers Fred Fugen and Vince Reffet in an extraordinary stunt, literally turned around the concept of skydiving.

After more than 100 test flights and a botched first attempt, Fugen and Reffet glided into the back door of the moving Pilatus Porter plane with 3,200 metres of vertical freefall.

In an unbelievable act of daredevilry, French wingsuit flyers accomplished an incredible stunt following a base jump from the top of Jungfrau mountain in Switzerland.

This video may be the craziest thing you'll ever see.

Jumping from the top of the Jungfrau mountain in Switzerland, the crew planned and prepared for the stunt for months.

French wingsuit flyers Fred Fugen and Vince Reffet of the team Soul Flyers managed to fly into the door of a plane flying through the sky. We also worked on the parachutes so they don't open too fast in case we touch the plane.

The thrill-seekers were celebrating the 20th anniversary of fellow daredevil Patrick de Gayardon's achievement which saw him jump from one aircraft to another in a wingsuit.

Patrick had jumped off a plane and entered another airplane while the Soulmate Flyers jumped off a mountain peak and entered an airplane. That's why we wanted to train so much before going to the mountain.
