Gary Neville: What Chelsea, Man United need in title race

Fenerbahce are interested in taking the defender on loan in January, but Shaw is not keen on a temporary move to Turkey.

It is little secret that Manchester United left back Luke Shaw is pushing for a move away from the club, and various clubs across the Premier League have expressed an interest in the England worldwide.

Chelsea have been interested in Shaw in the past and as it stands, out-of-favour Kenedy is now acting as back-up to Marcos Alonso at left wing-back. United are expected to listen to offers for Shaw in January.

Manchester United are facing a battle to keep Marouane Fellaini after the Belgian rejected new terms proposed by the club in September, according to reports.

United are still second in the Premier League standings, but neighbours Manchester City are eight points ahead, while Tottenham are level and Chelsea just one point behind.

United paid £30 million to sign Shaw from Southampton in 2014, but he has failed to make a good impression on Mourinho.

The German playmaker has been linked with a move to Old Trafford in recent months and the report claims Mourinho has threatened to quit United if they don't secure his signature next summer.

"The only thing that I said and is true, and there was not misinterpretation of my words, is I am not going to end my career at Manchester United".

In his three-and-a-half years at Old Trafford, Shaw has been restricted to just 49 appearances, including just 48 minutes of action this season in the Carabao Cup.
