Jimmy Kimmel Brings Up Roy Moore Being "Banned from the Mall"

Jimmy Kimmel Brings Up Roy Moore Being

After feuding with Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore on Twitter Thursday, late-night host Jimmy Kimmel took Moore up on his offer to visit the Republican candidate's home state, where he would fight the 70-year-old over Christian values.

Roy Moore issued the invitation, and now Jimmy Christian Kimmel is accepting it.

Kimmel read the Twitter exchange during his opening monologue on Thursday night: "And I responded, and he responded back, and I responded again". It's all on Twitter, but the bottom line is this: I accept the invitation. "I will come down there". Kimmel hammered Moore for his phony religious conservatism and taunted him with the mounting sexual misconduct allegations against him and all Moore could do was try to paint Kimmel as an "out of touch" Hollywood guy that's just being mean to southerners. Moore has generically denied the charges, first reported by the Washington Post, and polls suggest that many Alabama voters haven't been moved by the allegations.

But nonetheless, Moore made a decision to do it, and he tried to portray Kimmel as some out-of-touch, Hollywood, liberal elite, that doesn't understand our Southern and good Christian values.

"Playing the fictional character Jake Byrd, Barbieri appeared in the crowd shouting satirical support for Moore while others heckled and interrupted the candidate's speech", CNN said of the rally incident.

Moore responded to Kimmel's stunt on Thursday.

"I'll wear a Girl Scout uniform so you can have something to get excited about."

"There is no one I would love to fight more than you", Kimmel said. In case you live under a rock, Moore has been accused of showing too much his appreciation for underage girls in the past. "Don't worry, I can get you in", he said, mocking Moore for the widespread claim he was banned from his local mall for predatory behavior.

The late night host told Moore that they should give all the proceeds from the fight to charity.
