Life is unusual voice actors are back for bonus episode

In addition, Hannah Telle, who voiced Max Caulfield in the original Life is unusual, will also be reprising her iconic role for the Farewell bonus chapter. But for fans of Burch, there's some good news on the horizon. The bonus episode "Farewell" that's included with the Life is Strange: Before the Storm Deluxe Edition will find Hannah Telle and Ashly Burch reprising their roles as Max and Chloe in the upcoming episode once more.

The videogame voice actor strike that recently concluded led to kind of an unusual situation this summer, when union member Ashly Burch, who provided the voice of Chloe Price in the first series, was replaced with a non-union performer for the prequel Life is Strange: Before the Storm.

Deck Nine Games, which developed Before the Storm, stated Rhianna DeVries will continue to work closely with the team. The strike officially came to an end as of November with a new agreement put in place which meant that Burch is now able to return to the heartfelt series.

Life is Strange: Before the Storm is set three years before the events of the original game. The prequel followed Chloe Price before she was reunited with her childhood friend Max Caulfield (who was the protagonist of the first season).

Deck Nine is in the "final stages of polish" of episode three, which will be released before Farewell and the Life is Strange: Before the Storm Deluxe Edition launch. The episode will see you reassume the role of Max, but details are pretty scarce beyond that. There's no projected release date for the episode just yet.

DeVries is still working on the bonus episode, which is called Farewell, as she's doing some of the motion capture work for young Chloe.
