Nokia 6 (2018) Passes Through TENAA Certification, Could Launch Soon

It is speculated that HMD Global might finally go for the trending bezel-less design for the next year's Nokia 6. The same device has made the trip over to TENAA, China's certification agency, which is usually an indication that launch is imminent. A gap of exactly a year between the two phones makes the upcoming launch look likely, as the majority of manufacturers have been sticking to yearly releases when it comes to updating their product families.

The highlight of the Nokia 6 2018 will be the integration of reduced bezels and the navigation buttons will be integrated into the screen instead of physical touch buttons.

Alongside the 18:9 aspect ratio displays, dual rear cameras have also become something that every manufacturer from Apple, Samsung and Xiaomi are bundling. Today, we have images of the upcoming smartphone too. Although this was a good phone, its hardware felt dated and this is something that the Nokia 6 (2018) edition will likley fix. As per the rumours, the smartphone is expected to come with a 5.5-inch display with 18:9 aspect ratio. A smartphone model, TA-1054, which is touted to be the Nokia 6 (2018), recently passed TENAA certification in China. Whatever the display technology on the device will not disturb the fact that, the device will offer at least 6.0-inch screen real estate with FHD+ 2160x1080p resolution panel.

The smartphone has settled for a single camera on the back and on the front.

The Finnish company has revealed the said smartphone's current model in January 2017. The phone is expected to fall into the mid-range smartphone category. The device is rumored to come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor. The Nokia 9 is expected to look similar to the Nokia 8 with a large display and waterproofing, but there's also apparently an updated Nokia 8 reboot on the way as well. The main camera is expected to feature 12 MP shooter with 4K video recording capability and an 8 MP selfie shooter with 1080p video recording capability. Nokia 7 is one of my favourite smartphones in terms of design.
