Brad Pitt bid $120K to watch 'Game of Thrones' with Emilia Clarke

Hosted by Penn, CAA's Bryan Lourd and Sean and Alexandra Parker, the charity gala had already collected more than $3 million mid-way through the event, Variety reported.

Look, I like Game of Thrones, and you like Game of Thrones - but it seems fair to say that neither of us likes Game of Thrones as much as Brad Pitt.

Clarke and her co-star Kit Harington was in attendance at the said charity event.

Meanwhile, Pitt bid $80,000 to watch an episode of "GOT" with Clarke.

In the end, Pitt was outbid by a gala-goer who ended the auction at $160,000.

But the Fight Club actor, 54, lost the bidding battle, which opened at $20,000 (£15,000), to an unknown attendee at the star-studded occasion. Leo [DiCaprio] enthusiastically watched the whole auction, turning his head back and forth between Brad and Emilia. [Pitt] later offered $120,000 and raised his arms in excitement but was out at 150,000.

Pitt is not the only celebrity who, like the rest of the world, is obsessed with the HBO drama. Kit Harington even promised to join in on the viewing.

The victor of the 'Game of Thrones ' prize will have to wait some time for their screening because it was recently confirmed the HBO fantasy drama series won't return to TV for its final season until 2019.

With the holidays behind us and the new year just kicking in, it would make sense for Brad to want to start off fresh and possibly dive right into finding a new mate.
