First Lady skips Davos with President Trump, visits Holocaust museum

Stephanie Grisham, the first lady's spokeswoman, said Trump's reasons for canceling her travel plans to Davos were practical.

Weird reports have since claimed he made Daniels spank him with a copy of Forbes that featured his own face on the cover.

Some suggested that the first lady wanted some distance from President Donald Trump in the wake of a series of stories alleging an affair with former porn star Stormy Daniels.

"It's been upsetting and humiliating; her relationship with President Trump has become strained", a White House insider revealed to the Daily Mail.

And she is now set to appear on Jimmy Kimmel's live show on ABC next Tuesday as Trump delivers his first State of the Union address to Congress.

The alleged tryst first hit the headlines earlier this month when the Wall Street Journal reported that Trump's lawyer arranged a payment to Daniels to prevent her from talking about it ahead of the 2016 presidential election.

Melania Trump and the now-president were married on January 22, 2005, a year and a half before Daniels' and the president's first alleged sexual encounter.

Davos is a small Swiss Alpine town that annually hosts the World Economic Forum, where there is little to do except gab with world leaders, businessmen and billionaires, or go skiing.

January 22 was also the first couple's 13th wedding anniversary, an occasion not marked in any public manner.

The president was, however, dealing with the government shutdown.

MELANIA Trump has reportedly been staying at a posh hotel after allegations her husband Donald had an affair with porn star Stormy Daniels emerged.

Since seen returning to the White House on January 15 from a weekend away at Mar-a-Lago, Melania Trump hasn't been photographed.

"My thoughts and prayers are with the people whose lives and families were broken by the horrors of the Holocaust", the first lady said in a statement. She tweeted photos of her visit and issued a statement following the stop.
