Gwyneth Paltrow Confirms Engagement Through an Emoji

"What came up in the first couple of years of our relationship was how incapable I was in this realm - how I feared intimacy and communication".

Similarly, Paltrow has described her new marriage as providing "soul-stretching, pattern-breaking opportunities" and while her chosen terminology seems surreal, it's rather lovely to see her all loved up as she announces her engagement to TV producer Brad Falchuk.

Paltrow, 45, teased the upcoming issue of her Goop Magazine with Falchuk, 46, on Instagram by posting the black- and-white cover accompanied by a ring emoji.

The actress further said, "I have tried to accept how complex romantic love can be".

So why did the actress decide to give marriage another shot?

The couple broke the news in the debut edition of the magazine version of Paltrow's Goop website.

She started dating Falchuk after her and Coldplay singer Chris Martin's "conscious uncoupling" in 2014, but she was still married at the time.

They have two children, Brody and Isabella.

The Sun on Sunday revealed past year how Gwyneth, who praises the benefits of cannabis, had taken lessons in how to smoke cannabis using a vape pen. They also worked together on American Horror Story and Scream Queens.

In November, the actress shared a picture on social media of Martin, with whom she famously consciously un-coupled from in 2014, hanging out with her and Falchuk.

Her blog on the drug-laced drinks read: "Ringing in 2018 with a CBD-spiked cocktail intrigued many of us at Goop".

That being said, they actually first met back in 2010 on the set of Glee.
