Harvey Weinstein slapped at a restaurant

Video of the incident, obtained by TMZ, shows Weinstein stumbling in shock before gaining his footing. The two shook hands and the man left however, when Weinstein and his coach left the venue, the man began shouting at Weinstein.

Weinstein's whinging prompts another patron to slap him twice in the face.

His friends can be seen grinning too at the start of the video, masking it appear as though the group had planned the charade.

The man, named only as "Steve", told TMZ he asked for a photo and that Weinstein became "belligerent" and told him to get lost.

Police are aware of the incident, but Weinstein has not filed a complaint against Steve.

Before the assault, a disheveled Weinstein is briefly heard asking Steve's friend to stop recording him.

Weinstein has been accused by multiple women, including actresses Salma Hayek and Ashley Judd, of sexual misconduct. Either way, he's lucky Weinstein opted not to call the police.

A representative for Weinstein told The Hollywood Reporter in an email that "the TMZ report is accurate".

Weinstein, who is reportedly in rehab nearby, walked away. Despite the MASSIVE number of accusations, Weinstein has repeatedly denied the claims through a rep, saying, "Any allegations of nonconsensual sex are unequivocally denied by Mr. Weinstein".

Weinstein has spent much of his time in Arizona since the explosive sexual assault and harassment allegations against him came to light past year.

Back in October, TMZ reported that Weinstein flew from Los Angeles to Arizona for treatment in an inpatient program.
