Firmware version Samsung Galaxy On7 Prime (2018) is also already known is Android 7.1 from Google, while there has always been Android 8.1 Oreo.

According to the listing on Amazon India, the buyers of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 are eligible to get a cashback of Rs. 8,000 in the form of Amazon Pay Balance.

Samsung Galaxy On7 Prime comes with a 5.5-inch full-HD PLS TFT LCD screen boasting a resolution of 1080×1920 pixels.

Powering the phone is a 1.6GHz Octa-Core Exynos 7870 processor with ARM Mali-T830 GPU.

In the camera department, this phone is mounted with 13MP rear camera with LED flash, f/1.9 aperture and also 13MP front-facing camera for selfies with f/1.9 aperture. Competing in the same segment, Samsung has now launched its Galaxy On7 Prime at the starting price of Rs 12,990. The Samsung Mall visual search feature enables you to take a snap of a product in real life. The display, much like most other Samsung smartphones, offers good viewing angles, strong brightness, and good colour reproduction. The handset also includes a microSD card slot. I was pleasantly surprised with the phones' rear camera, especially its quick focus locking and shutter speed.

The short clip shows a device that continues Samsung's unique curved design and glorious AMOLED display. The front camera has same sensor and aperture but comes off without the autofocus.

Both devices will be powered by the flagship standard Snapdragon 845 and features a 4 GB as well as 64 GB of storage.

That said, the On7 Prime is aggressively priced (for a Samsung device), with the base variant with 3GB of RAM and 32GB storage retailing for ₹12,990 ($200). The major change which is expected from Samsung is the placement of fingerprint sensor along with the camera lens.

The Galaxy On7 Prime reminds you of Samsung's traditional design.

The Galaxy On7 Prime is an online exclusive, whereas the J7 Prime was available in offline retail. Now, Samsung has confirmed to host a product launch event in New Delhi on January 17 and in all likely hood will announce the availability and cost of the device there. Performance-wise, the Galaxy On7 Prime is inferior when compared to its rivals, as other phones have moved to faster system-on-chips. With all the right specifications, Samsung brand name, and a tempting price, the Galaxy A8+ is on the right track to being a blockbuster.
