"One of the most disturbing aspects of the survivors' accounts is how this reprehensible conduct went undetected or ignored for years".

Strampel, however, did not set up any system to make sure Nassar was following those new guidelines, and others at the sports clinic where Nassar work say they were never made aware of those specific requirements.

The case against Nassar has sparked investigations into how U.S. Olympic Committee (USOC) officials, USA Gymnastics, the sport's governing body, and Michigan State University, where Nassar also worked, failed to investigate complaints about him.

The deadline to claim your refund is March 9 and any remaining funds will be donated to local charities like Small Talk, RAVE, and the Firecracker Foundation, the statement said. "And John Geddert was in the auto with us and he just didn't say anything".

An attorney for Geddert, who has since retired, has not yet commented on the matter.

Raisman, a three-time Olympic gold medal victor, revealed in November she was abused by Nassar during the 2012 London Games.

"Michigan State University, the school I loved and trusted, had the audacity to tell me that I did not understand the difference between sexual assault and a medical procedure", Thomashow stated.

Randy Margraves stood by his daughters in court last week before charging and lunging at Nassar, coming just short of making contact with him.

"I don't know what he did or didn't do from there", she said.

In later years she even referred other athletes to him. He was first sentenced to 60 years in a federal prison on child pornography charges in July, before being slapped with 40 to 175 years in a MI state prison for sexually assaulting minors. That plan is through, as the fallout continues following sentencing of Nassar, which resulted in what amounts to several life sentences for molesting more than 100 female athletes.
