Favre to give Eagles pep talk before Super Bowl

There haven't been many quiet moments for Eagles coach Doug Pederson since his team throttled the Minnesota Vikings almost two weeks ago to earn a trip to Super Bowl LII. I think it started sometime last week.

"I'm getting over it right now", Kendrick told reporters, per ESPN.

"It will be a good problem to have".

As he watched his former team progress over the last few seasons, Haddix saw the making of a pretty good team coming together.

The location of the new one is TBD. "Going there and seeing the things you saw on television, it was very exciting for me and I was happy the Eagles picked me and I had a great six years there". "I don't know where it's going to be". We've got confidence and belief in each other. The Patriots are favored by four and half points. There is a lot of collaboration that goes on during the game. "The Patriots are kind of a model franchise".

It wasn't the first time Pederson crossed paths with New England and Belichick. They have to get the first win first.

Long declined to delve into his decision to bag a trip to the White House should the Birds win the Lombardi. You'd think after decades of watching football, I would've seen everything. "We'll be fine. It's not that big of a deal".

"I'm not surprised that he's here but it definitely happened faster than I expected". "It was closed, but maybe I'll stop by there again today and get him something".

Running back Jay Ajayi (ankle) practiced fully, as did cornerback Ronald Darby (illness), defensive tackle Fletcher Cox (calf) and linebacker Dannell Ellerbe (hamstring).

That pacing completely changes at the Super Bowl when the elaborate halftime shows lead to a 30-minute break that leads to more time for adjustments, distractions and the need to stay loose.

After that practice session, Pederson described Jernigan's illness as "a 24-hour deal", per the pool report. It was the last practice of the season for the organization.

However, they are expected to make it to Sunday's game.

Any chance the Eagles had of facing the Patriots without giant tight end Rob Gronkowski ended with him being cleared from the concussion protocol Thursday.

Gronkowski still hasn't cleared concussion protocol.

"He was sort of that tough love (guy) on us as boys growing up, and he coached that way", Pederson said.

The Eagles' practice habits have also come under scrutiny this week because they have not and do not plan on doing any full-padded workouts.

Quarterback Tom Brady worked with tape over the thumb on his throwing hand.
