Olympic diver Tom Daley announces he is having a baby

Olympic swimmer Tom Daley, 23, and his husband, Oscar victor Dustin Lance Black, 43, are going to be first-time dads!

Daley, 23, posted a photo of himself and Black, 43, on Instagram holding an ultrasound image if their child with the caption "HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!"

Daley captioned his photo with a simple exclamation of "HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY", while Black wrote: "A very happy #ValentinesDay from ours to yours".

The couple got married in a service at Bovey Castle Hotel on Dartmoor, Devon, in May a year ago.

Both complimented their posts with a same-sex family emoji just in case the message wasn't clear.

The couple have been dating since 2013, the same year that the Olympic diver came out as gay to the public.

The news comes six months after Tom told the Belfast Telegraph that they would love to start a family, saying: "Lance and I definitely want a family in the future - who knows when?" "Who knows when? We're both lucky to have supportive families". They were officially married at Bovey Castle near Plymouth in May 2017, in a spectacular ceremony.

Daley shared: "Our relationship is far from flawless". 'Quite honestly, we talked about marriage within the first two weeks after seeing each other the first time in LA, ' he revealed.

Sources previously told Us Weekly that Daley wasn't bothered by the 20-year age gap between him and the American writer. "So, it's not all plain sailing".
