Samsung Galaxy S9 "Active" rumours hit the web Now that we are sure of the Galaxy S9 smartphones coming out within next four weeks, fresh reports have started pointing out attention towards their "Active" variant. Also, it contains the names of Samsung's smartphones and tablets that will be treated with Android 8.0 Oreo. But each image highlights different features Samsung could be planning for the Galaxy S9.

The list also includes the code-name crown, which is obviously the upcoming Galaxy Note 9. XDA Developers says the a in astarqlte refers to the Active model while q indicates that the handset would run Qualcomm's Snapdragon chipset. Also do backup your device before you install the update. The phones will be powered by a Snapdragon 845 processor in the United States and China, though India and other countries will get Samsung's Exynos 9810.
