Agrawal, who was in the Congress earlier, is not new to controversy. In 2016, when BJP was debating on cow killing Matter, he went to the extent of making a sarcastic remark in the Rajya Sabha by saying this, "If the cow is our mother, then what is bull and also what should we call the calf?"
